The best part about this drum part is that there's an accidental double snare hit in the chorus, and because he's using a loop it just keeps repeating every bar. 11th grader Garabange stuff. It's incredible. I love it
Corey Fieldman is Skrillex
So very sad. Wish someone would tell him the truth... STOP!
Musically, Feldman is the perfect example of the old cliché, “You can’t polish a turd.” Take a turd. Dress it up in a tuxedo. Take it out for a night on the town. Wine it. And dine it. The next morning, you’ll have the same exact turd.
Feldman sucks so bad it hurts all of humanity whenever he “performs”. At some point he’s going to put all humanity in jeopardy if he’s not stopped Aliens will have no choice but to invade earth to put an end to it.
When Anthony's parody vocals are 100x better than Corey's actual vocals on the track.
Feldman is the Dirk Diggler of musicians
Just listened to it. I even commented on it on his channel and mentioned it sounds like something Spinal Tap could have made 40 years ago. Would have been epic but it wasn’t because like most of what Corey does it just had something wrong. You are so right about the drums. And it’s like the guitar chords are slightly off (slow) for what the tempo should be. Not sure really. Just off Funny thing is this is actually one of his better attempts. But it’s dated and sounds like something spinal tap would have made as a joke.
Feldman has all the characteristics of a child victim who was passed around to a point it became normal behavior. Now Feldman is pulling the victim card...sorry Feldman you became the facilitator of sexual abuse towards other young actors around you.
Why does the cover look like it should be the cover for some kind of Freedom Rock compilation??🤣
This dude actually likes this guy???!?!? What?!?! Lmao
Lmfao, I think that the rioters are the exact opposite of proud Americans. Idk why people pro America would be bad. Half of the conservatives I know denounce the rioters, even though I know they are just doing it to stay consistent.
It's a really cool song. As soon as the first verse kicks in, I get it. The review was too harsh, probably because it's Corey Feldman.. but I enjoyed it
Caution: This is a promotion for his new EP “Love Returns”
I can tell Fantano secretly enjoys Feldman, even for comic value. I will be buying the new album, need cheering up duing hard times.
Let us hope he disappear again. BTW Feldman and music is shit.
Fantano is a Cultural Marxist
Communism
tonally not bad though
okay i listened to it again and i take this back
listened to the song, read the lyrics... still not sure if he means "fake news" like how science is real or fake news like completely made up shit.
I think Fantano could have done a little bit more research on Coreys political views before bringing it up without knowing either way, with some insinuation that the tone/name leans toward far right Trump. If you actually watch the music video on Corey's YT channel it shows a picture of a cartoon George Floyd holding up a sign saying, "I can't breathe". Kind of speaks for itself.
i used to have thE hugest crush on him , he has a great book!
Praying for kids
Can’t wait for Ariel pink x Corey album
Man I had to go hear this for myself 😂 how is this real?
'the needle drop' is not about quitting heroin
If Corey makes a video for this song, it better feature lots of motorcycles, leather jackets, blonde bimbos wearing denim short shorts, flaming skull tattoos, burgers, and beer.
Crackle Homework
Corey’s anti Trump.
I've been waiting for this for years.
Lipless vampiric interior designer
I didn't know Cory was a back baby.
YOU JUST DONT GET IT BRO!!!!!
Back?! Pshh...he never left.
Attempt at an insurrection? That's bs melon. Was it an insurrection when blacks did the same thing (armed) in 1967?
@Simon is that supposed to be a form of communication? Did you stub your toe?
@Bela Chaney oof
@Doelroarpa the election was already subverted , dummy, when the blatant fraud was allowed. Those people at Capital weren't insurrecting anything and most of the ones inside there were put there. You're a clown
In January, 2021 several people, motivated by Donald Trump's lies about election fraud, attempted to raid the Capitol and subvert an fair election Yeah it was an insurrection.
Fantano said Hillbilly many times without saying it
guys, this is NO time to be proud of America. Dont you know Drumpf supporters had one rally that got out of hand?? -(blind) Melon
okay so i guess nobody notices the "for her🥺" playlist
sick shirt bro
I almost thought he got Brian Johnson in the studio for a second 😂
His songs wear out their welcome so bad! 🤦🏻♂️
And here's me thinking this album would be like the second coming og Crass. So disappointed.
Still not sure if this is the best or worst song ever
He looks like Tommy Wiseau in the thumbnail.
HOW DARE YOU MELON! COREY IS THE ROCK GOAT!
If I could sum up the song, the verses are post 70’s Alice Cooper and the chorus is AC/DC recorded on 2010 software
quoted from the caption of Corey Feldman official ISpast upload: "The 1st single from Coreys forthcoming EP entitled LOVE RETURNS. LOVE RETURNS is the soon 2 be released Sampler album from the long awaited Box Set celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Coreys 1st album LOVE LEFT."
Hi @fantano, could you please speak about the spotify "other fans listen to...swans, merzbow" for CF? would great to have your thoughts on this.
W what? Hiv? Good
The goat Donatello
I honestly thought he was dead. Huh
Its like he can't decide which AC/DC song to rip off. "Let's do a Dirty Deeds riff...and now I'm bored...now a "Those about to rock..." chorus riff.....and I'm bored..." Etc...
If george harrisons guitar gently weeps this guy's guitar practices auto erotic asphyxiation
Another what's up with the youth...
The drum pattern in the verse is kind of interesting and unique (in a very kind of basic way), but no energy or power whatsoever, probably either because of the performance, the recording or likely both. Better production could have probably made a world of difference, but it would probably really make it more insignificant and less fun to listen to.
anthony would've loved this track if corey was white
How the fuck did I miss this?
Thanks Theo Huxtable treat yourself to a jello pudding pop
I've seen this video before listening to the song so after listening it I'd like to give my take on it. Also I don't know Corey Feldmans or any of his songs. So as the title of the song states it's about a rock revolution. Corey is apparently done with the rules of the established music and he wants a rock revolution. SO what does he do? Corey just goes and breaks a lot of rules. Corey just wants to rock and rebel, for the sake of doing it. The lyrics reflect it and the music does. The rhythm of the drums does not care whatsoever about his duty of keeping the rhythm of the band. The drums just rebel and do what they think is cool. The guitars and singing are mostly straightforward rock imo. Gives the song some body to exist around and to use as a way to rebel. It acts as a diving board to jump off into the mess that is rock revolution. Somewhere in the middle the guitars just take over. The riff with the freeform drums is the grounding part weirdly enough. The extra guitars just riff and solo and do what they want. They are the rebellious rock kids who revolt with their guitar. They don't want any of it, just guitars shredding the nation, a rock revolution. All the layers of guitars and vocals on top of each other just create a wall of sound that is giving the finger to what people think music should sound like. It just does what it wants. It's a ROCKIN REVOLUTION! That said do I think its any good? Well a bit. It's fun to listen and disect the song, find all the parts and hear what they do. But after a couple of listens you have them all and then there is no more reason to play again for me because there is no real groove. TL:DR: Fun track but no replayability. weak 5/10
Watch “Angelic 8 the Core” is next
Crackle crackle
man, i feel so much for COREY FELDMAN .. he makes me want to adopt him and keep him safe from life.
He never left.
Instant classic on the Chuck E. Cheese playlist.
Crackle crackle
"Core 2 Critical Mass" because it will be radioactive.
Crackle crackle
There is a strong Deep Purple or Sabbathian vibe in the chorus. Overall its pretty messy and busy with guitar solos and not a strong melody. It's good to see Corey mix it up and move away from the sound of angelic 2
Corey has more views here than listeners to this song on Spotify.
2021 barely started and this already best news of the year
Legend
Just played the song - holy mother of god, that was terrible. Weak drums, weak guitars, Corey’s “singing” voice just beyond pathetic. And at 5 minutes? I got to about minute 4 and bailed. The song sounds like what a cheesy late-1960’s TV variety show would do for a “comedic” sketch on a hard rock band. Except the sketch isn’t funny and you can tell they had to use canned laughter to make up for the fact the live studio audience wasn’t laughing.
God I hope there's an Angelic 3 The Core
crackle crackle
Sounds horrible!
2 angelic 2 the core
I mean the drums are in time??? How cAn you say they have no groove at all and are garbage? The timbre sounds average and articulation could be more refined, and the semis get crushed in some of the fills but I wouldn't call the performance or the part 'garbage'... It has more of an amateur sound but that can absolutely fit in many styles of rock that sound purposefully unrefined eg garage. Also it's common for drums to double the melody
Ow, Ow, Ow. Just listened. That hurt my ears.
stop it fantano get some help
It’s bad. It’s really bad
Wasn't corey feldman in goonies
It reminds me of Captain Beefheart. It's not Captain Beefheart, I'm not an idiot, I know that, but it's got some aesthetic run off.
That sweater is made out of tooth brushes.
I hope I can get a feature from the legend himself
the best bit is in the fade out where you can really hear the vocals
Harsh review, this is the least shit thing he has done so far.
Imagine being in an actually good band that can't get anyone to listen to them, and watching this.
look, the doom riffs are fat as fuck on this one
Disappointed that Fantano didn’t understand Corey’s musical vision on this song. It’s impressive how accurately he was able to capture the modern political climate on this track.
@Carlos D. it helps that I haven’t listened to the song
Holy... Now u make Corey seem like a genius. Stahp.
FOR HER **EMOJI** lol
Better than Boarding House Reach imho
I truly respect you heartfelt critical assessment but if you didn't first buy then do all the cocaine you probably just weren't in the right head space.
I remember watching your review of his album on a night shift and being in absolute hysterics. So good.
Fun times. I made a quarter pounder for Corey when I was a kid, working at McDonald's in Huntsville, TX many years ago. Found out soon after that he had played a gig there. Didn't even know he was in a band back then. This was like 2000 or 2001 I think.
So he took donations for production of a documentary on pedos in Hollywood and actually spent the money on shitty music? Ok got it. Fake.
Corey Feldman incited violence
The antichrist of music and taste has returned. Corey wont stop until he destroys art itself. God help us.
My song on SoundCloud “Propaganda Lane” is wayyyyy better and not even fully produced yet
It reminds me of a rip off of T.rex children of the revolution
Recent takeover attempt at the capital? Lol ooook
